We are looking for a dispatcher with outstanding customer service skills to help interact with customers via telephone, email, or in-person to provide support and information on products or services.

Job Features

Annual pay$55,000 - $60,000 per year (hourly + overtime + bonuses)

  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Dispatches daily trucks/maintains schedule for customer deliveries.
  • Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
  • Fields customer questions.
  • Helps with monthly internal collections and call list.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ issues.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Record Keeping / Storm Water
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Recommended Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • 2-3 years experience in dispatch/customer service position
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must pass physical and drug screen.
